Please begin by sending an email to sales@onyxgfx.com. In the subject line, enter your key number. In the body of the email, please state that you are in need of a key update. You should receive a verification email that they have received you information, and are working on an update. Once the 'ONYX Key Update' email comes through, please follow the steps in the video below.
