Prints are stuck in the Queue how do I clear them? or Software is slow or keeps freezing how can I fix this? : Knowledge

1)Locate the Onyx software folder on your computers hard drive

2)Open the folder and search for the "Work" folder

3)Open up the work folder for your printer and delete out the job that is stuck in queue.

4)If you are having the issue of the software freezing or running slow you should empty out these folders as this occurs. NOTE: After emptying these folders out you will not be able to reprint from the queue as it will be empty.
