1) Make sure you are running the proper media type (am1x file) downloaded from the support tab on lexjet.com for your printer and the specific material you are running.


2) On the printer, load the material using the correct media setting for the specific substrate.  Once the material has been loaded properly, click on "Maintenance".  


3)Click on "Paper Feed Adjust"


4)Choose the media type you are adjusting


5)Choose "Prioritize Print Quality"


6) Click ok


7)Choose "Adjust Print Quality"


8)Choose "Manual"


9)Set the location of the material (Roll 1 or Roll 2 if you have a Multifunction  Roll Unit)


The pattern will begin printing:



10) Choose the pattern A that has the least amount of white Banding (above example would be #8)  once the value is set repeat the process for pattern B.  


11)Once both values are input the media setting is updated and you should no longer have feed banding issues!
