Step 1 - Run a nozzle check and confirm there are no nozzle issues

Step 2 - Confirm that you are printing on a higher quality print mode (NOT DRAFT).  Use Standard, High or Highest print modes.

Step 3 - Confirm that you are using the correct media type and profile for the material you are printing to.

Step 4 - If the problem still persists, run a print quality adustment - Below are the steps:

Go to the printer panel, click on Maintenance, then Paper Feed Adjust, then Adjust Print Quality, then select AUTO .  Run another print after the pattern prints and scans.  If the banding does not disappear you may have to go back through these steps and instead of AUTO, run the Manual Adjustment.  Two patterns will print out that you will have to manually input the correct alignment selections.
