PC – If you send items to print and nothing prints the queue of the printer is paused. IF USB  unplug and wait 10 seconds, plug the USB Back in.  If Ethernet -  Go to your start menu in windows.  Search for and open “Devices and Printers”. Right Click on the printer in question. In the drop down menu,  Click on “Printing Preferences”.  Then in the preferences window click on the “Utility” tab.  Then click the “Maintenance” button.  (If you get an error here you have not installed the Imageprograf Status Monitor).  Click on the “Job” Tab and highlight the jobs in queue and click “Resume”. 


MAC – USB (Try to unplug and move USB ports first) and Ethernet - GO to system preferences, then choose the Printer icon.  Double click on your printer then Click the settings wheel cog.  Click the Utility tab at the top of the window that opens up and then click “Open Printer Utility” button.  Then when the printer utility opens, in the menu at the very top of your screen choose “Printers” then “Search Printers”.  After this updates choose the “Printers” dropdown at the very top menu again and choose the printer and click “Get information”.  When the levels of the printer come up choose the “utility” tab and hit the PLAY button.    This puts the queue in ready mode and you are ready to print.
