If you have gone through normal cleaning procedures (up to 8 normal cleanings) with no recovery of nozzles, follow up by performing a heavy cleaning on the color(s) that are causing the issue. If the resulting nozzle check shows no improvement, you may need a new printhead. Please contact Epson Support at (562) 276-1305.
I have run several cleanings and can not clear the printhead clog, what do I do to fix this? Print
