Step 1: Make sure the media selection matches or is close to the media loaded in thickness/material type

Step 2: Make sure you are using the supplied Edge Guards to hold down the edges of the material when being transported through the printing platen to not catch the edge of the print head during its movement. 

Step 3: An adjustment to the heat or vacuum may be necessary to reach the desired feed path for the substrate.   Refer to the user guide for your printer how to adjust the vacuum or heat.
