A reduction in heat on the media selection is needed. Decrease heat settings on the media type in increments of 10 degrees at a time until warping/deforming goes away. Note: When decreasing heat, ink may not fully cure so other alterations to speed and saturation may need to be changed. If the ink is not dry, the heat needs to increase or speed needs to decrease or both.
